Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and assessments.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies.
• Provide direct support to clients, including teaching new skills and modifying behaviors.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each client.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
