Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and assessments.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies.
- Provide direct support to clients, including teaching new skills and modifying behaviors.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each client.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
