About the role

The Tom Bush Family of Dealerships is growing and seeking an experienced BMW Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. Located in Jacksonville, this role offers a stable and growth-oriented environment with a strong focus on employee well-being and career development.

Responsibilities

• Aid in scheduling customer appointments efficiently
• Greet customers warmly and guide them through the check-in procedure
• Actively listen to customers and thoroughly document their concerns
• Create accurate and detailed repair orders based on vehicle diagnostics and customer feedback
• Educate customers about necessary repairs and provide effective communication
• Provide timely updates on the status of vehicle repairs
• Deliver vehicles back to customers with an interactive and informative walk-through
• Perform cashier responsibilities to facilitate smooth transactions

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills over the phone and in person
• Strong organizational abilities
• An outgoing personality with a talent for building and maintaining relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations and MS Office applications
• The ability to operate a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license

Pay

Competitive compensation package tailored to individual performance and experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one extended evening shift until 6:00 PM, and every third Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed on Sundays.
