Service Advisor - Princeton BMW
About the role
The Service Advisor will visually inspect vehicles, question customers about vehicle performance, complete service work orders, and explain service costs to customers. They will interact with customers to determine immediate service needs, use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products, serve as a liaison between technicians and customers, and provide excellent customer service by demonstrating Holman's mission and values.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of BMW or other High Line Service Writer experience
- Highline experience strongly preferred
- Current valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile
- Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player
Qualifications

Pay
Competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average of $3,000-$10,000 per month with earning potential based on personal performance.
