Bistro Server Bartender

Responsibilities

• Report to the Chef or the shift supervisor at the beginning of your shift.
• Complete duties as assigned by the Chef.
• Aid the Chef or shift supervisor in checking for proper food and taste.
• Check staffing levels. Inform appropriate staff members of any call outs and notify of any changes.
• Consult with the Chef or supervisor if reinforcements need to be called.
• Check warewashing machine for proper temperature and chemical level.
• Maintain appropriate dishes and silverware for easy access during your shift.
• Ensure the MICROS equipment is in correct functioning order and all supplies are stocked and available.
• Six hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift push pull up to 20lbs.
• Food Handlers Card Required.
• Willingness and ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Previous food and beverage experience.
