Responsibilities
- Report to the Chef or the shift supervisor at the beginning of your shift.
- Complete duties as assigned by the Chef.
- Aid the Chef or shift supervisor in checking for proper food and taste.
- Check staffing levels. Inform appropriate staff members of any call outs and notify of any changes.
- Consult with the Chef or supervisor if reinforcements need to be called.
- Check warewashing machine for proper temperature and chemical level.
- Maintain appropriate dishes and silverware for easy access during your shift.
- Ensure the MICROS equipment is in correct functioning order and all supplies are stocked and available.
- Six hour shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift push pull up to 20lbs.
- Food Handlers Card Required.
- Willingness and ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Previous food and beverage experience.
