Shifts
- Shifts Details: 11am-7pm for bartending, serving shifts will vary. On shifts you aren't bartending this candidate is expected to help with serving.
- Weekends, holidays, and evenings are needed.
Responsibilities
- Provides dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards.
- Properly sets up dining areas.
- Handles all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- Complies with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of infection control procedures.
- Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and manage stress.
- Competent in time management and organizational skills.
- Understands and embraces the assisted living philosophy.
- Possesses written and verbal skills for effective communication.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
