Bartender/Server

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain bar.
• Prepare cocktails.
• Greet members upon entrance.
• Present menus and help members to select food/beverages.
• Take and serve orders.
• Answer questions or make recommendations.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue checks and accept payment.

Requirements

• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Must have at least 3 years of bartending experience.

Skills

• Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Patient and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• High school diploma is required.
• Indiana Liquor license is required or application in progress.

About the Role

We are currently hiring part-time Bartender/Server to work throughout various club outlets including the Players Lounge bar, snack shop bar, banquet bar, and select serving shifts.
