Server Bartender

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and people-oriented Server Bartender to join our full-service Asian cuisine restaurant located in the heart of Downtown South Loop, Wabash, IL.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar and service area.
• Adhere to Basset and Serve Safe guidelines to ensure responsible alcohol service and guest safety.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Be flexible and available to work weekends and peak hours as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a server and bartender in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Strong people skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends.
• Knowledge and passion for Asian cuisine is a plus.
• Reliable and consistent attendance and performance.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Certified in Basset and Serve Safe or willing to obtain certification.
