About the role

Birchwood HealthCare Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is seeking dedicated and passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their growing team. Located in Forest Lake, near North Shore Dr and Forest Lake, they have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Affirm residents' independence and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Completion of MN CNA program and active on MN registry.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Minnesota CNA license.

Skills

Compassion, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Pay

$21.00-26.00/HR, Depending on experience.

Schedule

Part Time PMs (2:30p-10:30p), every other weekend required.

Sign on Bonus

$1,000.00 for Full-Time (FT) and $500.00 for Part-Time (PT) shifts.
