About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our esteemed team at a leading nursing home facility. Under the supervision of our Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' personal hygiene and overall well-being, all while enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential patient care and physical assistance to residents.
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assist with medication administration under supervision.
- Monitor and record resident vital signs and health status.
- Participate in team meetings and rounds to discuss resident progress.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements
- Valid state-certified nursing assistant certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
