Birchwood Healthcare Center- Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA - On-Call

About the role

Birchwood Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is seeking dedicated and passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. We are located in Forest Lake, near North Shore Dr and Forest Lake. Established in 1979, we are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit organization committed to supporting seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

Requirements

• Schedule: On-Call, 4 days per month required, 2 of which must be weekends.
• Wage: $21.00-26.00/HR, Depending on experience.
• Shift Differential: $1.50 for PMs & $2.00 for NOCs.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Completion of MN CNA program and active on MN registry.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
