About the role
We are seeking a day shift (6a-6p) and PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and dignified care to residents.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans.
- Document all care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire.
- Previous nursing facility experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the Department of Health.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
