The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and optimizing production processes to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the manufacturing facility
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency
• Manage team of manufacturing technicians and engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams
• Experience with quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FDA and ISO guidelines
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required
