Overview

As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you'll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. You'll drive the mission to deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day.

Job Description

Responsible for the operational condition, maintenance, and repair of all water systems, medical equipment, and mechanical/electrical systems. Supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values, and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program and regulatory policies.

Success Profile

• Drives FMS culture through values and customer service standards.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships through timely communication.
• Takes initiative and action to resolve customer service issues promptly.
• Maintains and repairs water treatment equipment, dialysis equipment, medical equipment, and testing equipment.
• Ensures safety checks and routine tasks are conducted and documented.
• Conducts housekeeping checks and resolves housekeeping problems.
• Ensures all testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Ensures all areas are safe and clean, maintaining environmental integrity and aesthetics.
• Coordinates medical waste disposal.
• Restocks supplies and assists in creating SAP purchase orders.
• Evaluates and reports the current equipment inventory to appropriate sources.
• Ensures visibility to patients during treatment times.
• Reinforces UltraCare™ and customer service concepts.
• Provides instructive tours of water treatment equipment for patients.
• Processes water and dialysate samples according to specified procedures.
• Participates in ongoing technical QAPI activities.
• Assists at other facilities and transports equipment and supplies as needed.
