What You'll Do

  • Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance.
  • Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design and evaluate complex problem statements.
  • Assess AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, rigor, depth, and clarity.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to improve model reasoning.
  • Ensure every deliverable meets high standards of scientific integrity and communicative precision.

Who You Are

  • Holds a Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, or similar.
  • Deep expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics.
  • Comfortable working with Python or R for research or data-related tasks.
  • Exceptional written communicator — you can explain complex science clearly and precisely.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or AI training workflows.
  • Familiarity with computational biology or bioinformatics pipelines.
  • Background in academic research, peer review, or scientific publishing.
  • Experience designing or grading advanced coursework or examinations.
