What You'll Do

  • Develop, solve, and review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance.
  • Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, rigorous problem statements.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to sharpen AI reasoning in life sciences.
  • Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and depth across all deliverables.
  • Work independently on task-based assignments entirely on your own schedule.

Who You Are

  • Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics.
  • Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or analytical work.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with sharp attention to scientific detail.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-directed and reliable when working independently without close supervision.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows.
  • Background in experimental design, peer review, or scientific publishing.
  • Exposure to computational biology, systems biology, or related quantitative fields.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation platforms as an end user.
