What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance.
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, rigorous problem statements.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to sharpen AI reasoning in life sciences.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and depth across all deliverables.
- Work independently on task-based assignments entirely on your own schedule.
Who You Are
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics.
- Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or analytical work.
- Exceptional written communication skills with sharp attention to scientific detail.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently without close supervision.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows.
- Background in experimental design, peer review, or scientific publishing.
- Exposure to computational biology, systems biology, or related quantitative fields.
- Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation platforms as an end user.
