What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance.
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design complex, meaningful problem statements.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to sharpen AI model reasoning.
- Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and depth across all deliverables.
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule.
Who You Are
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, etc.).
- Strong expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics.
- Comfortable working with Python or R for research or data analysis.
- Exceptional written communicator with sharp attention to scientific detail.
- Fluent in English and self-motivated when working independently.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows.
- Background in computational biology, systems biology, or genomics.
- Experience designing or evaluating scientific assessments or research problems.
- Familiarity with bioinformatics pipelines or large-scale biological datasets.
