What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance.
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design complex, meaningful problem sets.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to sharpen AI model reasoning.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and depth across all deliverables.
- Help shape how the next generation of AI understands and reasons through biological concepts.
Who You Are
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics.
- Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or data analysis.
- Exceptionally clear written communicator with a sharp eye for scientific detail.
- Self-motivated and consistent when working independently and asynchronously.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows.
- Experience designing research problems, exam questions, or scientific assessments.
- Familiarity with computational biology tools or bioinformatics pipelines.
- Background in peer review or scientific editing.
