BIM Modeler II & IIII
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking a BIM Modeler II & III to support our client’s team in Tempe, AZ on a contract-to-hire basis.
About the role
The BIM Modeler II & III will create and modify Building Information Models in Autodesk Revit to support large commercial construction projects, including healthcare, higher education, airport, and semiconductor facilities. This role works closely with field coordinators to keep models current with evolving field conditions across multiple ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Create BIM models from scratch and modify existing models using Autodesk Revit
- Coordinate with field teams to update designs based on real-world field conditions
- Support multiple large commercial construction projects over the course of the assignment
- Use tools such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam to support model coordination and review
Requirements
- Strong Autodesk Revit experience (top priority)
- BIM Modeling experience on large commercial construction projects
- Experience creating and/or modifying Revit models
- Electrical construction background preferred, including former electricians
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $30.00 – $50.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
