Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in modeling, design, drafting or engineering
• In-depth working knowledge of current BIM practices and software
• High School diploma or GED required
• Revit and/or other Autodesk software certification preferred
• Knowledge of industrial construction and contract documentation at all levels of design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, and other electrical, technical, or construction programs

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with project teams in estimating, modeling, and detailing
• Help resolve BIM design issues as needed
• Aid project teams with BIM project setup
• Create Revit families in response to project needs
• Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team
• Cooklink BIM workflow and serve as the liaison for planning, 3D renderings, cost estimating, specification management and more
• Act as the “focal point” for all BIM related issues throughout the project and manage all BIM processes

• Maintain high level of competency of software through continued use and training
