Responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models throughout the project life cycle
- Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain BIM standards and procedures
- Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings to resolve complex issues
- Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite and troubleshoot problems
- Oversee creation and maintenance of the enterprise digital design library
- Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans and client requirements
- Interface with clients to define BIM deliverables and ensure compliance
- Promote continuous improvement by using analytics to derive insights
- Train and mentor project teams in BIM best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend tools to enhance BIM capabilities
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher education
- 10+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM for engineering design
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Passion for mentoring junior staff and leading a team of specialists
