BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models throughout the project life cycle
• Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain BIM standards and procedures
• Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings to resolve complex issues
• Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite and troubleshoot problems
• Oversee creation and maintenance of the enterprise digital design library
• Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans and client requirements
• Interface with clients to define BIM deliverables and ensure compliance
• Promote continuous improvement by using analytics to derive insights
• Train and mentor project teams in BIM best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend tools to enhance BIM capabilities

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher education
• 10+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM for engineering design
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Passion for mentoring junior staff and leading a team of specialists
