General Purpose & Scope: The Revenue Operations (ROPS) Setup Manager is a frontline leader responsible for the "infrastructure" of the revenue cycle. They ensure that underlying systems and data—including source systems—are configured correctly to minimize downstream billing exceptions and maximize payer reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily workflows for core functional lanes, which could include Contract Management, Revenue Management, Claim Content/Formatting, and Metadata.
- Team Leadership & Talent Management: Directly lead and develop a team of front-line teammates and supervisors (typically overseeing 2 supervisors and 10-15 teammates). Provide timely coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
