Billing Solutions Director

For our client, a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking a Billing Solutions Director to join their team. This role focuses on operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff through coaching, training, and performance management
• Oversee daily contact center operations for efficient resolution of patient billing inquiries
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient experience
• Manage vendor/BPO relationships to ensure compliance and optimal staffing
• Monitor and report on operational metrics, adjusting operations based on reported trends
• Support strategic planning and execution for revenue cycle strategy
• Ensure regulatory compliance and handle escalated patient issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing and collections
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings with knowledge of HIPAA and PCI compliance
• Proven experience managing teams in a contact center environment
• Background in leading multi-functional teams and process improvement initiatives
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Demonstrated sensitivity and inclusivity while working with diverse populations

Pay

$132,087 – $150,000 annually
