We are seeking a Billing Operations Representative to join our team and support the day-to-day processing of insurance billing transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for applying policy payments, processing disbursements, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of customer billing records. The ideal candidate enjoys working with financial transactions, analyzing account issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries. You’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate billing operations while supporting agents, insureds, and mortgage companies with escalated billing-related concerns.
