Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About the Role
We’re seeking bilingual (Spanish and English) Retail Sales Consultants to join our team. This role offers awesome perks, including additional starting pay for bilingual candidates. You’ll be at the center of it all, creating meaningful connections with customers and leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Meet sales targets and earn commission by selling the latest devices and personalized services.
- Engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Stay current with evolving technology and adapt to changing customer needs.
Schedule
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment.
Training

Pay
Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
