Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
This position is located in Severn, MD (Quarterfield Crossing).
About the role
Every day you’ll be at the center of it all, creating meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, helping them choose from AT&T’s full suite of products—including the latest devices and personalized services. Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) may receive additional starting pay.
You’ll also engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Schedule
You’ll work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
Pay
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $53,500 – $75,000 annually, including an hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
