Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
• Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers

Pay

Base pay ranges from $18.48 to $22.46 per hour, with the potential to earn $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities allow top performers to earn over $62,460 per year when exceeding goals. Starting salary within this range may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
