Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, leveraging your drive and passion for helping people.
- Engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs.
Schedule
You’ll work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
Pay
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.18–$20.31 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required—training and coaching will be provided.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (may qualify for additional starting pay).
