Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA (Bala Cynwyd Center)

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide tools, training, and coaching.
• Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Earn between $47,000 to $75,000 annually, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• Regular schedule with shifts between 9am–9pm, including weekends.
