Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends, to be available when customers need us.
• Receive monthly seniority‑based schedules two weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible and open to change in a fast‑paced environment to keep current with evolving tech and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred and may qualify for additional starting pay.

Pay

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $12.87‑$25.51 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals can earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
