Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission.
• Stay current with evolving technology and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English speakers may receive additional starting pay.
• Flexibility and openness to change are important.
• No prior sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching are provided.

Pay

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $57,016 and $75,000 annually, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. The salary range assumes all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.

Schedule

Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are made available two weeks in advance.
