Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, to be available when customers need us.
- Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to keep current with evolving technology and customer needs.
- Receive tools, training, and coaching to meet and exceed sales goals, even without prior sales experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual candidates may receive additional starting pay).
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
