Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends.
• Maintain flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving tech and meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual) preferred – may qualify for additional starting pay.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience? Training, tools and coaching provided.

Pay

New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $57,016 and $75,000 annually, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is contingent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Schedule

Regular full‑time position (40 hours per week). Shifts run between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules released two weeks in advance.
