Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About the Role
We’re seeking bilingual (Spanish and English) Retail Sales Consultants to join our team in Elmhurst, New York. Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options
- Meet sales targets and earn commission by leveraging AT&T’s latest devices and personalized services
- Engage with the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, to support customer needs
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving technology and customer needs
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English

- Ability to adapt to change and stay current with evolving technology
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- No sales experience? We provide tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed
Pay
Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 to $75,000, including an hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. The salary range is contingent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
