Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for bilingual (Spanish and English) candidates to join our Retail team. This role offers awesome perks and may include additional starting pay for bilingual skills. What to expect

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, applying your drive and passion for helping people
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to be there when customers need us
• Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving technology and changing customer needs

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus – but no sales experience is required; we provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals

Pay

• Base pay: $12.87 - $25.51 per hour
• Commission: up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met, with uncapped earning potential; top sellers earn $62,460 per year
• Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training
