Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options.
• Build meaningful connections with customers using personalized sales expertise.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends.
• Receive monthly seniority‑based schedules two weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible and open to change in a fast‑paced environment to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English speakers may receive additional starting pay.
