The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules carefully: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists,

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat job title as heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings 5. Preserve ALL substantive information 6. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) 7. Include section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it 8. Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text 9. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them 10. Output ONLY HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the posting content: - Position Summary: "Within Healthy Start guidelines, provides case management services to Tulsa County pregnant women, women of childbearing age, and their families in order to improve birth outcomes and decrease infant mortality." -> This is "About the role" or similar. - Principal Duties/Responsibilities: List of essential job functions. -> "Responsibilities" - Qualifications/Specifications: Education, Experience, Knowledge And Skills, Licenses -> "Requirements" or "Qualifications" - Internal And External Working Relationships: Could be part of requirements or separate. - Physical Effort: Could be part of requirements. - Supervisory Responsibility/Accountability: Could be part of requirements. - Reports to, Location, Working Conditions, Special Requirements: Could be part of requirements or separate. - FLSA Status: Exempt -> Could be part of requirements or pay/schedule. - Benefits: Detailed list -> "Benefits" - Pay: Not explicitly stated, but "Competitive Salary" mentioned in benefits. No specific pay range. Should I include Pay section? The rule says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It states "Competitive Salary" but no numbers. Might be considered placeholder. Better to not include Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. Working conditions mention "sit for extended periods" but not schedule. No schedule section. - The first line "Current Tulsa Health Department Employees - Please Click Here to login and apply." is application instruction, should be removed. - The second paragraph "Tulsa Health Department is actively seeking dedicated individuals passionate about making a positive impact on their community. Join us in improving the health and overall well-being of every resident in Tulsa County." is marketing fluff, could be part of About the role or omitted. I'll include as part of About the role. Now, structure:

    About the role

Position summary and maybe the marketing paragraph.

    Responsibilities

    • ... each duty ...

    Requirements

Could break into subsections: Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills, Licenses, Physical Requirements, Working Conditions, etc. But rule says use

for section headings. Could have multiple

for each? The rule says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't forbid subheadings, but likely they want top-level sections. I'll group under Requirements with sub-lists. Better to have:

    Requirements

    Education: ...

    Experience: ...

    • Knowledge and Skills: ...
etc. But the rule says use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for requirements, I can make a list of items. I'll create:

      Requirements

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required; master’s degree in health or a related field preferred.
      • Experience: Three years of experience as a case manager or related experience with Maternal-Child Health (MCH) preferred.
      • Knowledge and Skills: Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills required; Ability to obtain cooperation from clients who come from a wide range of economic, social, and cultural backgrounds; Skills in interviewing and engaging clients; and in working with agency staff and community resources; Comfortable in gathering information about and providing education related to reproductive health; Ability to work closely and cooperatively with programmatic co-workers toward a Healthy Start family’s goals; Knowledge of community resources and helping relationships that would assist mothers, babies, and/or families; Bilingual – Spanish may be required.
      • Licenses: Eligible for licensure as a social worker by the state of Oklahoma if appropriate; Valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
      • Physical Requirements: Ability to visit clients’ homes; conduct interviews; attend meetings; sit for extended periods of time; and carry charts to staffing meetings.
      • Working Conditions: Regular exposure to a noisy and crowded work environment, and occasional interaction with sometimes disturbed and/or abusive people.
      • Special Requirements: Must maintain THD record confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations; Must possess ability and willingness to perform job-related travel.
      • Supervisory Responsibility: None (direct or indirect).
      • Reports to: Manager, Healthy Start Initiative.
      • Location: North Regional Health & Wellness Center.
      • FLSA Status: Exempt.
      But the rule says "use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". That's fine. For Benefits, there is a detailed list. I'll create a Benefits section.

        Benefits

        • Competitive Salary
        • Paid Holidays (typically 13 days per calendar year + 2 floating holidays)
        • Paid Time Off (PTO) 20 hours per month
        • Cost of Living Adjustments (COLAs)
        • Retirement Pension Fund with a 5-year vesting period (THD contributes 15.2% while the employee contributes 3.5% of monthly salary)
        • Investment Benefits (e.g., 401A Employer/Employee Matching Fund (max. $150 per month), 457 Deferred Compensation Plan)
        • Extended Sick Leave (ESL)
        • Health Insurance
        • Dental Insurance
        • Vision Insurance
        • Group Life Insurance and Supplemental Life Insurance
        • Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
        • Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance
        • Critical Illness Care Plan including Cancer
        • Accident Plan
        • Hospitalization Plan
        • Supplemental and Whole Life Plans
        • Legal and Identity Theft Protection Plans
        • Public Service Loan Forgiveness
        • Post Employment Health Plan (PEHP) - employer contributes 1% of the employee’s salary per year and unused employee sick leave is transferred to PEHP account upon retirement
        • Employee Assistance Program
        • Working 4 Balance - Workplace Wellness Program
        • Promotional Opportunities
        • Flex Plan
        • Tulsa Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union
        • THD employment qualifies for nursing education loan repayment through the NURSE Corps Loan Repayment Program
Also note the part-time benefits pro-rated. Could include as a note. Now, the "Internal And External Working Relationships" could be part of requirements or separate. I'll include in requirements list. Now, ensure no duplicate or boilerplate. The first line about current employees is removed. The marketing paragraph is included in About the role. Let's craft the HTML. I'll start with About the role:
