Bilingual Site Coordinator [Family Services, Resource Navigation, Client Services, English/Spanish]
About the role
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Site Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for families seeking support. In this role, you will create a welcoming environment, connect families with resources, coordinate on-site services, supervise and support volunteers, and help ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist families
- Cookordinate front desk operations
- Train and supervise volunteers
- Provide administrative and data support
- Cookordinate donation efforts and special events
- Assisting Spanish-speaking clients
- Partner with the Family Navigation team
Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred or currently enrolled in higher education classes in human services field
- Two years of experience providing human services or customer service
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- A flexible schedule is required and may include up to 1–2 evenings per week and one weekend day per month to support operations, family engagement activities, and program events.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $17.65 - $19.60 / hour. Starting pay is determined based on directly related experience, qualifications, demonstrated skills, and the ability to perform the responsibilities of the position.
Position Classification
This position is nonexempt, full-time: 40 hours per week, Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. A flexible schedule is required, which may include as many as 1-2 evenings per week and one weekend day per month to support operations, family engagement activities and program events.
