Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing, distribution, and operations positions across multiple locations.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent in competitive labor markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Sources active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, community partnerships, and social media.
• Conduct candidate screenings in both English and Spanish.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, plant leadership, and HR Business Partners.
• Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations.
• Lead intake meetings and develop customized recruiting strategies.
• Coach hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact from application through offer.
• Ensure candidates receive timely communication and an exceptional hiring experience.
• Represent the Dal-Tile brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring practices.
• Manage multiple requisitions while balancing changing business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehouse, or skilled trades preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to find talent in competitive markets.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Organized with exceptional follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities without sacrificing the candidate experience.
• Curious, adaptable, and always looking for better ways to recruit.
