HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team!

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
• Formally present, pitch, and propose products and services to clients as solutions to established problems
• Conduct post-close administrative procedures
• Elicit confidence from prospects and leads

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Aptitude for identifying and finding solutions to challenges
• Possess close attention to detail

Qualifications

Experience: 2 years of high-volume or pool recruiting.
