About the Role
We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter. As a Bilingual Recruiter at B&T Building Services you will be responsible for day-to-day functions involving recruiting processes and systems. Location: Orlando FL 32812.
Responsibilities
- Assists in general recruiting processes aiding to primary recruiter
- Conduct outreach to candidates to schedule interviews
- Create Log In credentials for new hires
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes
- Assist with general onboarding inquiries
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Able to work independently
- Must be punctual, responsible and independent
- Authorization to work in the United States is required
- High School Diploma Required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
