Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance, hiring, managerial/customer service role, or related fields
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and employees
- Strong negotiation skills to enhance business relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Familiarity with computer systems and software relevant to the insurance industry
