Bilingual Property and Casualty Insurance Account Manager (English & Mandarin)

About the role

• Underwrite new and renewal business submissions and determine suitability of risks and proper pricing levels
• Communicate effectively with carriers and clients to resolve issues and answer coverage questions
• Provide superior customer service to insureds in a proactive and timely fashion
• Identify new opportunities for business growth through communication with insureds

Requirements

• 2 years of Property and Casualty experience
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail
• Team player with a positive work attitude, effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and good relationship skills
