Bilingual People Manager

About the role

You will lead and coordinate the implementation of staffing and onboarding plans through recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orienting, training, and retaining talent. You will build strong relationships with staff and management to ensure people strategies and initiatives are executed efficiently. You will demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors that support the company's vision, mission, and values.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating the implementation of staffing and onboarding plans through recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orienting, training, and retaining talent.
• Building strong relationships with staff and management to ensure people strategies and initiatives are executed efficiently.
• Demonstrating and reinforcing leadership behaviors that support the company's vision, mission, and values.
• Making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Making sure crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and that they are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there.
