Bilingual Patient Services Representative

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and route inquiries
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Register patients and maintain accurate records in the EHR
- Verify insurance and assist with updates (including PCP selection)
- Manage voicemails, patient portal messages, and schedule changes
- Collect payments and reconcile daily transactions
- Care for patient needs with clinical staff and follow triage protocols
- Support patient flow and overall front office operations
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Schedule Expectations
This role is full-time with a requirement of at least one evening shift per week.
What You Bring
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (PA, DE, or MD)
- Customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
- Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office
