Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Aid with purchase orders and general administrative tasks.
- Edit and format documents using Microsoft Office.
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets and track Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting lists.
- Enter and maintain accurate data and records.
- Provide general information regarding housing programs, including Section 8 and housing vouchers.
- Monitor the maintenance request line and coordinate requests with the Department of Public Works (DPW).
- Support program staff with additional administrative duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong data entry and document management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with Section 8 or housing voucher programs is a plus.
