Bilingual Office Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Aid with purchase orders and general administrative tasks.
  • Edit and format documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets and track Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting lists.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data and records.
  • Provide general information regarding housing programs, including Section 8 and housing vouchers.
  • Monitor the maintenance request line and coordinate requests with the Department of Public Works (DPW).
  • Support program staff with additional administrative duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong data entry and document management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Section 8 or housing voucher programs is a plus.
