We leverage internet and digital technology to simplify cross-border supply-chain logistics and collaborate with major carriers like COSCO Shipping, Maersk, and Sinotrans.
What you'll do
- Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations across office and warehouse sites.
- Manage facility administration — maintenance, repairs, and service contracts — and ensure a safe, organized, functional work environment.
- Cook up with landlords, property managers, and government agencies on facility compliance and permits.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency.
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage procurement of office supplies, warehouse consumables, and operational materials.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when needed.
- Maintain purchasing processes and ensure cost control.
- Budget & Finance Support
- Cook up administrative expenses, vendor payments, and invoice tracking.
- Aid the finance team with documentation and expense management for administrative operations.
- Compliance & Records
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements — business licenses, permits, and operational documentation.
- Maintain administrative records and documentation for audits and internal reporting.
- Team & Cross-functional Leadership
- Supervise and support administrative staff — assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and providing training.
- Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse Management to support business operations.
- Aid with company projects related to office setup, warehouse operations, and organizational initiatives.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of administrative management or office operations experience.
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (required).
- Experience managing vendors, facilities, and administrative budgets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office management systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $80,000–$90,000/year, depending on experience
