What You’ll Do

  • Process and pay out customer tickets accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate accounting records for cash and check balances
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to dealers, vendors, and customers
  • Enter transaction data into manufacturing software systems
  • Maintain and organize transaction-related documentation and files
  • Answer phone calls and emails and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Aid with office budgeting and support adherence to operational budgets
  • Monitor office supply levels and coordinate purchasing as needed
  • Arrange office maintenance and ensure equipment remains operational
  • Track office performance and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and efficiency

  • Ability to maintain accuracy and organization in a busy environment
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, physical, and drug screening

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • This position is based primarily in an office environment and requires regular use of computers, telephones, copiers, and standard office equipment.
  • Physical requirements include: Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, frequent bending, kneeling, and standing, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., ability to work in confined spaces as needed.
