About the role

The Office Manager oversees daily office operations and supports administrative coordination across teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, attending industry meetings, maintaining office supplies, processing invoices, expenses, and other financial documentation, planning and organizing travel, assisting in document and communication management, conducting research on solar industry trends, and performing other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers when needed.
  • Attend industry meetings or events as needed, taking notes and summarizing key points for executives.
  • Maintain office supplies, administrative systems, and operational records.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documentation.
  • Plan and organize team members' travels, ensuring cost-effective and convenient itineraries.
  • Auxiliary in the coordination and organization of internal and external events or meetings.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to solar projects.
  • Process documents based on provided instructions, including template setting, translation, and formatting.
  • Conduct research on solar industry trends, updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Master degree or higher is a plus, but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar operational support role.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and leverage data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Available to work on-site at the New York office.

  • Fluency/conversational Chinese is a plus, but not required.

Pay

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
