Job Summary The Bilingual Lead Consumer Research Field Recruiter is responsible for maintaining, managing and elevating the Evaluation Intelligence Recruitment Program executed at the client’s onsite research center. The primary focus of the role is to guide field recruitment staff and to work with the client lead and cross-functional partners to ensure first-class planning and execution of research studies as well as growth of the local consumer database. This Lead Consumer Research Field Recruiter will work hand in hand with the Reception, Logistics and Events Manager to oversee onsite testing activities. The Lead Consumer Research Field Recruiter role includes understanding and developing the consumer research program, maintaining lasting, trust-based relationships with clients and ensuring client satisfaction through meeting their research objectives and needs. They will be proactive, consultative and be responsible for database growth targets and study fill rates, working with the dedicated team to achieve them. Along with the Reception, Logistics and Events Manager, the Lead Consumer Research Field Recruiter will guide development of the program by being the primary points of contact for the client and for all things related to the partnership: improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction; provide the highest quality of recruitment research support and ensure innovative and effective methods are used to design and execute recruitment research. Role Objectives Work with client teams on program developmentManage a dedicated onsite team for consumer recruitment across the hair, makeup and skin categoriesWork with the client lead and cross-functional partners to manage the program, project scope and screener development.Mentor developing team members by encouraging curiosity and growth Responsibilities Collaborate with client scientists on scope and recruitment criteriaCoordinate lab requests for all client testing locationsAttend all meetings that pertain to major decision making for all projectsEnsure ongoing monitoring of program management, including adherence to budgets and contractual requirements, project planning/scheduling, recruitment, execution, issue resolution, and incentive payments Provide thought leadership across all client recruitment and logistics needs Liaise with client’s corporate communications and security for effective and consistent communication and management of onsite study participantsProvide regular updates related to panel growth/utilizationProvide regular updates related to study fill ratesSet in place testing protocols according to best practicesCreate and execute learning tools to transfer knowledge to direct reports and/or colleaguesExplore and implement new and innovative methodologies to address unmet business needsPerform consumer recruitment data analysis and craft reports for client project leads/scientists and present results as neededProvide supervision, technical direction, development and mentoring to other professionals on staffAble and willing to work flexible hours to accommodate research execution needsCollaborate across all levels and functions, including but not limited to: ARCs troubleshooting, Incentive payments, troubleshooting participant issues and complaints, SOP creation and maintenance, Lead Project Update Meetings. Qualifications - Required 4+ years of Consumer Research and Sensory Science project experience Bachelor’s degree in Sensory Science, Food Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field4+ years in project team leadership function/role or managementBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages). Strong experience in Sensory and Consumer Research for Productivity and InnovationExperience in managing sensory programs across beauty & personal care categoriesExperience in fundamentals of business analytics and reporting on key performance metricsStrong coach and mentorExperience overseeing budgets and expensesAbility to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and servicesExperience developing internal processes and filing systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong experience effectively collaborating across levels and functionsProven success multi-tasking in a fast-paced environmentHigh degree of ownership, accountability, and professional commitmentMS Office experience, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Qualifications - Preferred Experience with ARCs or similar panelist recruitment software Physical Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This is a full-time position, deemed non-exempt for overtime purposes, and, therefore, is subject to overtime compensation.
