Our new Field Sales Representatives earn between $61,800 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on meeting and/or exceeding all sales goals.
You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. You’ll close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions—keeping customers connected to what matters most to them.
$3,000 sign-on bonus ($500 after three months, $1,000 after six months, and $1,500 after twelve months). Must be hired for a Seattle, WA location. Sign-on bonus not applicable to internal employees.
Responsibilities
- Work independently in the field to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
- Engage with warm prospects through scheduled appointments, connecting with existing customers daily.
- Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make sales, including upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
- Perform hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and use a company vehicle for official business use only.
- Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customers on their timeline.
Requirements
- 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Pay
New Field Sales Representatives earn between $61,800 to $100,000 annually, including salary and uncapped commission opportunities. Top earners have the potential to make $100,000 or more.
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
